AGS Brass Annealer v 3.0 (223 Rem to 338 Lapua) coming soon
Get precise and consistent annealing for multiple calibers with a digital speed controller, motorized case spinner, and fully adjustable torch holder. Adjust the heat time between 2.5 to 10 seconds with a digital PDW controller. A separate motor spins the cases to evenly heat the necks. Also included is a convenient sharpie holder to mark your brass.
The torch holder accepts 1/2” diameter torches, and its adjustable for height. Annealer base is pre-drilled for those that want or need a second torch holder for additional heat or control.
Important – we strongly advise you to set up the spin timing and flame every time when you anneal with Tempilaq 750 for proper and consistent results. You can also use Tempilaq 450 to confirm that you have not compromised the case body.
Quickly and easily switch between calibers. The plate holds .338 Lapua Mag family cases (.622″ – 15.8 mm plate opening). Three sets of reducing bushings (caliber inserts) are included for:
> .223 family with .378 base (.402″ – 10.2 mm bushing opening),
> .308/30-06 family with .473 base (with .492″ – 12.5 mm bushing opening)
> long/short mag family with .532 base (.543″ – 13.8 mm bushing opening).
The mag bushings fit everything BUT NOT WSM, so PRC, SAUM, and MAG fit.
WSM bushings and ARC/Grendel bushings are available to add to your order. You can use the .308 bushing for the ARC cases, but they will not center as consistently. Additional custom caliber insert sizes are available by special order at [email protected].
